Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?


A: Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to assist you.

Delivery
Q: How much is delivery?
A: We offer free standard delivery Australia-wide!
Express delivery is available for $15

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No, we currently only ship within Australia.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Express delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

Returns and Refunds
Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?

A: Yes. Products can be returned within 30 days if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.


Q: What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

A: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

A: Absolutely! Luxe Fragrances only sells 100% authentic, original brand products.

Q: Do you sell testers or imitation products?

A: No. We only sell brand-new, original retail items — never testers, duplicates, or imitations.
